A Green Bay truck driver says he was fired for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The place was Kiel. The time was last week, as Staff Sergeant Amy Krueger's body was returned home. Days after she was killed in the Fort Hood rampage, people lined the streets to pay respects to the Kiel native.

The entire community showed their support for the Krueger family, which really made me feel good in a sense that the community is like that.   -David Boll

While the Army's Public Affairs Office released the names of those killed, it has not released the names of all wounded because of privacy laws.
